Printing Customization

As a 100% customized private-label manufacturer in India, we can do any kind of printing including plastisol print, all-over garment printing, reflective printing, screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer sticker printing, discharge printing, pigment printing, high-density printing, DTG, DTF, puff printing, gold foil printing, and embossed printing. Whatever your printing requirement is, we can satisfy your needs.

Plastisol Print

We can do Plastisol printing which is a printing process in which ink is applied to a garment using a screen printing method. The ink is made up of a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) resin and a plasticizer, which gives it a thick, pasty consistency. The ink is applied through a screen, which is a fine mesh that has been stenciled with the design to be printed. The ink is forced through the screen onto the garment using a squeegee, and then the garment is heated to cure the ink, causing it to solidify and bond to the fabric.

Plastisol printing is a popular choice for printing on T-shirts and other garments because the ink is easy to work with and can produce bright, vibrant colors. It is also very durable and does not fade or crack over time. The following plastisol prints (images) are an example of plastisol print which we made for one of our customers.

Pigment Print

We are specialized in Pigment printing which is a printing process in which pigment-based inks are used to transfer a design onto a garment. The inks used in pigment printing are made from finely ground pigment particles suspended in a carrier medium. They are applied to the garment using a screen printing method, in which ink is forced through a fine mesh screen that has been stenciled with the design to be printed. The ink is then left to dry, at which point the pigment particles become fixed to the fabric.

Pigment print is a water based printing method which can be done in the lighter color fabrics. If we need to do pigment print in the darker colors, we need to dye the darker colors in using Remazol dyes. This print will not be emerged out from the fabric; it will go deep into the fabric. Pigment printing is known for producing vibrant, long-lasting colors that do not fade or crack over time.

Heat Transfer Stickers

We perform heat transfer sticker printing which is a printing technique in which ink is transferred from a paper or film onto a substrate using heat and pressure. The ink is printed onto a release paper or film, and then the printed image is transferred onto the substrate by pressing the film against the substrate using a heat press. The heat activates the ink and causes it to bond with the garment, resulting in a high-quality, long-lasting print. Heat transfer sticker printing is often used for neck labels but it is not limited to it.

Comparing with Plastisol print, heat transfer print life is less.

High Density Print

As a private label t-shirt manufacturer, we make high-density printing, a printing technique in which ink is applied in a thick layer to create a bold, vibrant print. This can be achieved using various printing technologies, such as screen printing, heat transfer printing, or digital printing. High-density printing is often used to create eye-catching graphics and text on t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments.

It is especially useful for printing on dark-colored fabrics, as the thick layer of ink helps to make the print more visible. This high-density print elevates the overall appearance of the garment.

Puff Printing

Puff printing, also known as raised printing or 3D printing, is a printing method in which a design is printed onto a garment using a special ink that raises up from the surface of the fabric when it is heat-pressed. The ink is applied to the garment using a screen printing technique, and then a heat press is used to activate a chemical agent in the ink, causing it to puff up and create a 3D effect.

Puff printing is often used to add a textured or raised effect to a design, and is commonly used to create logos or lettering on garments such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. It is a popular choice for sportswear and casual clothing, as it adds a durable and eye-catching element to the garment. Puff printing requires specialized equipment and expertise, and is generally more expensive than other printing methods. It is also not as durable as some other printing methods, as the raised ink can be prone to fading or cracking over time.

Discharge Printing

Discharge printing is a printing method in which a chemical is used to remove the color from a garment and replace it with a new color. This is often used to create a vintage or distressed look on a garment, as well as to print complex designs that would be difficult to achieve with traditional printing methods. The process involves printing a special discharge paste onto the fabric, which removes the existing dye from the fabric and replaces it with the new color.

Discharge printing can be used on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, rayon, and polyester. It is a labor-intensive process that requires careful control of the chemical compounds and printing conditions to achieve good results.

All Over Garment Print

In garments, all-over print refers to a printing technique in which a design is printed over the entire surface of the garment. This can be done using various printing methods, such as screen printing or digital printing. The design can be a repeating pattern or a one-of-a-kind, custom design. All-over printing is often used to create unique, eye-catching clothing and accessories, and it is popular in the fashion industry.

It can be used on a variety of garments, including t-shirts, dresses, pants, and more. The design is printed directly onto the fabric of the garment, which allows for a wide range of creative possibilities.

MOQ for All-over Garment print is 1000 pcs per design.

Reflective Print

Reflective printing is a printing technique that involves the use of special inks or materials that reflect light, making the printed image or design visible in low-light conditions. In the garment industry, reflective printing is often used to create clothing and accessories that are designed for use in low-light environments, such as during nighttime or in dimly lit areas.

Reflective prints can be applied to a variety of different fabrics and materials using various printing methods, including screen printing, heat transfer printing, and digital printing. Reflective prints can be used for safety purposes, such as to increase visibility for pedestrians and workers, or for fashion purposes, to add a unique or visually interesting element to a garment. Reflective prints can be made in a variety of colors, including silver, gold, and a range of fluorescent shades.

Digital Print

Digital printing on garments is a printing method in which digital images are printed directly onto fabric using inkjet or other digital printing technologies. It is a popular method for printing custom designs and patterns onto garments, as it allows for a high degree of customization and personalization. Digital printing on garments is often used for small runs or for producing prototypes, as it is faster and more cost-effective than traditional printing methods such as screen printing, which requires the creation of printing screens for each design.

Digital printing on garments has several advantages over traditional printing methods. It allows for the creation of highly detailed and complex designs that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with other methods. It is also faster and more efficient, as it does not require the creation of printing screens or the setup of printing equipment. Additionally, digital printing on garments is more environmentally friendly, as it generates less waste and does not require the use of chemical processes.

Our MOQ for digital print is 200 pcs.

Rubber Patch

Rubber patch printing is a technique in which a design or logo is printed onto a piece of rubber and then applied to a garment using heat. The rubber patch is typically made from a silicone or PVC material, and it can be printed with a variety of designs and colors. This printing technique is often used to add a durable and high-quality finish to garments and other items.

Rubber patches are resistant to fading and wear, and they can be easily removed or replaced if needed. They are often used on sports jerseys, outdoor gear, and other items that may be subjected to rough treatment or harsh conditions.
